I am a wife, a mother, an adventure-seeker, and a complex human just like you. I got my BS in Kinesiology from Westmont College and my Masters in Marital and Family Therapy from Fuller Theological Seminary. My passion is journeying with people through the challenges of life.

I've spent over 15 years treating those with eating disorders and food and body issues, I have worked at all levels of care, including inpatient hospitalization, residential, partial hospitalization and intensive outpatient care. I also specialize in addiction, codependency, and attachment trauma from having a parent or significant other

I also specialize in addiction, codependency, and attachment trauma from having a parent or significant other with a personality disorder, I also work with those healing from spiritual abuse.
